or phone me at (510) 326-4675. Sessions are available Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday afternoon. Sessions run approximately one hour and 20 minutes

Fees

Sessions: $95

Audiofile Transfer Fee: $15.
If you request a recording of hypnosis done in session, this covers transfer of the audiofile to you via the web or on a CD via regular mail.

Customized Recording: $50.
For an audiofile made especially for you outside of session and delivered to you either via the web or on a CD via regular mail.

Other

Cancellation policy:  If you need to cancel or change an appointment, please give me 24 hours notice, leaving a message at (510) 326-4675.  If I'm not notified, the cancellation fee is $95.   Please note that five o'clock and Saturday slots are in high demand, and I appreciate it if you cancel as soon as possible.

Duration of Therapy:  Hypnotherapy has traditionally been a short-term therapy, with six months as an average. Some issues--habits like nail-biting or smoking--may be resolved in a month or less.  I also provide longer-term support and counseling if desired.

Location and Directions:  1035 San Pablo Ave., Suite 8, Albany, CA 94706. My office is located on the second floor of the building which is between Gilman Street and Marin Avenue.  If you are using I-80, take the Buchanan Street (Albany) exit and make a right onto San Pablo from Buchanan, before it turns into Marin.  You can then make a left into the parking lot behind the martial arts school and next to my building, which is a three-story gray concrete professional building with green trim.  The main entrance to the building is the one set back from the street, on the parking lot.
